[Rolus in the Outskirts]

Aesthetics wise, from the music, to the visuals, to the world design and characters, I adore this game. However, gameplay wise, I'm unfortunately completely uninterested. Maybe it's just not for me, judging by the rave reviews from everyone else (which is fine!!) but personally I found it too slow and basic to keep me engaged. A lot of meandering around, a bit of backtracking, and a static combat system all of which don't particularly grab me. Also idk if it was just because I was controlling with the keyboard but only being able to aim in four directions is a bit painful when you've got enemies dodging in 360 degrees. Maybe I'm just too hyper for this sorta stuff. I wish the team all the best for finishing this though!

We'll be adding more items in addition to the shovel which should spruce up combat, and the side quests and objectives will hopefully be more engaging than in this demo. The 4 directional shooting will almost certainly not be changed. However, we'll be sure to more conscious of it when making future enemies and bosses and possibly tweak strafing.
